Default timing belt jumping time. help plz

hello guys hope you can help me out with this hear problem. i got a story for ya

started off with a 93 si h23 bought it with a snapped timing belt

15 bent valves

got a new head gasket and belt. i used the old cams

installed everything.

ran for about 50-70 miles that evening parked it. next morning got in it . started went to move and it stalled (jumped time)

the intake came jumped about 35-40 degrees. found out that the intake cam was tighted down way tighter thank factory spec.
re tightened the cams to 7 and 9 ft lbs acording to the manual. re timed it

it did the same thing ran it that evening the next morning it got a half mile down the road and jumped time again.

also after the belt jumped the first time when it went back together i heard alot of valve chatter. so i adjusted the valve. and it didnt run as good as it did before.
there was also a lot louder tone at 5 grand it sounded like vtec kicked in. (obviously know that it isnt a vtec engine)

so now the car is sitting and i wnat to find out why the belt is jumping time before i rip back into it.

i didnt use the factory spring loaded adjustments i tighted the belt tighter than that.

when it jumped time it was within 5 minutes of runnin. from a cold start say 20 degress.
posibilitys im thinking in my head is

1. bent cam.
2. warped head and the cam isnt riding properly and locking up.

the "vtec sound" at 5 grand could be froma problem in the secondarys
posibly a bent valve from it jumping time.

now i havent checked the cel yet but one i warp up and go past 5 grand it throws a code. ihave a broken knock sensor im guessing thats the code but dont know for sure.

i cnat think of anything else right now. ask questions. help me out.

thanks in advance.

i cant see how the tension should have that much to do with it. people are running there car with timing belts making slapping sounds because there so loose. and the belt was tight. tighter than that factory spring would of done.

and the issue of it only jumping time when it starts up after it has completely cooled off to around 20 degrees.runs for 5 minutes or so then jumps.

any help is apreciated
thanks
