CRX seats in CIVIC?
Quickly:
Want to swap CRX seats in the civic. Cant seem to find a way to do it, but I keep hearing of ppl who have done it. HOW?????
I've tried/considered:
- lining up the civic mounts
- drilling the bottom of the crx seats (but this would require spacers)
- removing bottom metal pan from the seats and swapping...requires to tops to be swapped, but that's not possible either.

I did find one that was posted since the last time I searched, it involves drilling the floor pans. I've been told you can mod the seat rails tho.

WRONG!!!
All you do is take the sliders off of your civic seats and bolt them to the crx seats and put them back in.

I dont have any pics I did it cause I am a tall guy and was too lazy to find out how to put the seats in without chopping things up....the whole thing about switching out the sliders I dont know if it will work.... The seats I have in my EF are Prelude seats so that is why I just bolted them to the floor....
I considered drilling the bottom of the crx seat and installing the civic rails...the problem is that a civic uses about 1 inch of spacing on the inside, so I'd need some maad spacers, and with the bottom of the seat beeing so thin I'd be afraid of it braking loose in an accient.
Thanks for the info guys, I guess I'll just forget about it....doesnt seem to be a simple answer.
