I dont know how many times I have to say this, but there is no best suspention for a car. It all depends on what you want to do with the car (Street, Drag, Track) and what you budget is. Once you decide that then start your search for what your looking for. (Full Coil-overs, spings and sleeves, maybe you just want springs). Once you make up your mind on that kinda stuff, then you just keep getting more into detail about whats does what and what you want for you setup.

im looking to spend no more then about 2 thousand on full coilovers..the dc2r teins will be good?i was looking into buddy club..jic majic...and apexi n1 too
Alright well now that you have a pretty good budget. What kind of driving are you going to be doing? And what features in a full coilover setup are you looking for. Just kinda look through what they all offer then make up your mind. remember though you going to need rear ITR LCA's unless you have a '88. And if you get ITR or EG, then you need to get EG front forks for the struts as well since the EF ones would be to small.

Woah woah woah, I am helping. The right way. Ppl now days buy stuff just because it says some brand name on it and they think they can be the coolest kid in town. Buy parts for purpose, not for looks.

I agree, Bryant was not being a dick. I would have said the same exact thing. Theres no point in getting Tein suspension if you're just gonna drive the car to work and back, and tear up back roads on the way to the drag strip.

so what should i get?
so what should i get?
koni's with GC's best bang for the buck! great for street and track usage. very well priced Eibach ERS springs that are completely interchangeable and custom fit to your liking. tried and tested on the track from drag to F1 koni gets my vote. with the GC honda mounts which gives you more shock travel before you have to revalve you can have this setup for under a $1000
so what you guys think koni yellows w/ground control...or progress fully adjustable coilovers w/dampering?

Its really all up to you since your the one thats going to be driving the call all the time. I honestly think that some Tein SS's would suit you perfect. They are full coilover and Adjustible damper. If you really want to make the best of it you could even get a tad bit harder springs up front. Progressive I'm sure are good also but I dont have any experience with them so I can say if they are good or bad or how they ride. A friend has some SS's on his crx and really likes them. I used to have the HA's on my car and loved them. They where a bit stiff for most ppl, but really wasnt that bad after driving around daily with them. If your not looking for some thing that hard core. Tein just came out with a brand called 'Basics' They are supper street able and still full coilovers. Like I said before, its all up to you what to get, all we can do is tell you what we like and what they offer. But you also need to do a bit of research on your end and look through some old post about tein, JIC, zeal, buddy club, spoon, mugen, ground control, skunk2 and all those other brands.
I think that would be a good idea.
If I didn't have eibach pro kit springs with illuminas sitting on a parts car, that's the direction I would go.

ya i know..i looked into most of those brands zeal doesnt make the b6 which i wanted for the crx...i couldnt find the n1 by apexi for the crx...the jic race are 1,8 which im willing to spend but wanted to see if there was anything out there before i spent that much...im starting to look into doing full integra suspension all around so i have 4 wheel disc brakes and then that will open my options alot more
You can get the Tein SS shipped to you for well under a grand. I have them on my EG and I love them. For the price and quality, there aren't very many other brands or models that can touch them. I've had numerous setups on all of my cars and the SS have been the best for their value. I have the Tein STech springs with KYB struts on my 91 CRX which is also a good combo for a daily driver.
