It's time for another "my 'teg was stolen" post!
Last night, from the parking lot at Bridgewater Commons in New Jersey, before 5:30pm.
A pristine frost white 1997 GS-R two-door, she still looked like new. Survived by her owner, me, and my wife's 2003 Passat.
For the record, as is the practice, the list of modifications follows:
Comptech 22mm rear anti-roll bar (with my own fabricated mountings)
Type-R springs
KYB AGX shocks
FastBrakes 11" brake upgrade, front and rear
Comptech SS 4-2-1 header
AEM cold air intake
Pro Edge SS Short shifter with Momo "Race" ****
Suede console with an aluminum ring around the shifter
Chrome rings for the gauges
Memories...

Thanks for your sympathies, guys. No word yet, I don't think I'll ever see her again
As for antitheft- there was the Honda/Acura factory alarm/disabler setup, which obviously was worthless. The cop at the scene said that there were two unsuccessful thefts at that location- one had a fuel kill switch, the other had the kind of "the club" that goes around the brake pedal. Guys- you can never be too careful!
