And how easy is it to replace? Never had to remove that thing before..

IF you do a search you might find a GSM branch in your area. There are several other suppliers for quarter panels on the WEB. The best source will be a dealer or salvager in a dry climate. Price is dependent on year, model and whether full or partial.
