Default flywheel

Is it worth it to get an aluminum flywheel? let me tell you my plans, 15+lb of boost on a b16a2. so would an aluminum flywheel hold up? also what kind of clutch should i get. i would like to still retain smooth ride but have good race preformance.

yeah i'd say its worth if if u are planning on boosting ur car. it allows the engine to rev faster due to the rotational mass ( of having a lighter flywheel) clutchmasters make both flywheels and clutches so check them out. if you are gonna be running 15lbs better get a tough clutch act, exedy, clutchmasters

What does your flywheel have to do with how much boost you're running?

nothing directly but if the engine is producing 300lb of torque and your using an aluminum flywheel im curious as to if it would hold up.
