Driving is a little more idiot proff with a heavier flywheel, the inersia from a heavier flywheel give the car a jolt to get it going - so you don't have to be as concious about how your working the clutch.

With a lighter one you'll have to do a bit fancier foot-work to get the car to move, you get used to it after a couple weeks though..

As for performance, you'll probably get a few different opinions.. Durability, hmm.. aluminum disapates heat better than iron, never heard of any durbaility issues... anyone?

I am guessing the Lightweight one is 11-12lbs and the Ultralight is 8lbs.... Right?

the lighter one would be the one to get if you autoX or plan to. The lightweight one would be more street-able.
I have an 8lb Fidanza and don't even notice that it's light anymore. I never stall it or have problems in traffic. I drive in heavy traffic every day (1-4Miles stop and go)

the light weight weighs 5.6kg and the ultralite weighs 5.1. now i dont know the conversion from kg-lbs, but i know its not that much of a difference... maybe a pound?

1kg = 2.2046lbs
so
Light weight = 12.35lbs
Ultralight = 11.24lbs

Not much of a difference.. are you sure on those numbers??

lightweight is for turbo and the UL is for N/A. the UL has a problem with boost with falling out of boost easily under shifting and the revs go up to fast for peak boost to acheive its full potential. This info is per JUN.

Those are the right weights posted. If you have to pay more for the UL dont do it, not worth it.
