I've been meaning to make a thread about X-Mods. I was in Radio Shack the other day and I saw them and all the liL' "after market" parts they have for them. I was wondering if anyone on here had one and how they liked it and such. They seem pretty cool but i was just wondering how fast they are. They seem like a rip off to me b/c all those little parts cost a lot of money.

What scale are these cars? Are they 1/24 like a standard model or smaller like 1/43?

 

I own the yellow GT-R!!! Very fun and realistic, fast enough...if not, get the engine upgrade. The best part is i can drift my car..lol

 

Here's my supra with the Skyline wheels i traded with my brother





His car is pretty fast for a battery powered 50 dollar RC...if you look up "x-mods" on yahoo or google, they got specific forums for it...Its crazy the amount of stuff do to it...they put SpinPro toothbrush motors and up the voltage in batteries...Right now i'm getting a 9v battery hooked up so i can walk circles around my brothers GTR
