94-95 gsr cat o2 plug
First, there's no O2 bung in the cat on a 94-95 GSR. Second, if you put an OBD-2 GSR cat onto a 94-95 GSR, then you can just cap it off with a bolt since an OBD-1 ECU doesn't look for a 2nd O2 sensor.

the only o2 is on the cat on my 95 gsr. the header has none

yes because the stock O2 sensor is BEFORE the filter in the cat....so anywhere from the head to the cat's "filter" is fair game....but too close to the head might cause too much heat, but shouldnt matter those things are tough.
