Check Engine light code 45 (too lean too rich) WHY??????

Default Check Engine light code 45 (too lean too rich) WHY??????

i have a 99 DX about 56kmiles i have done the mini me swap y8 head and ecu after i swap ecus i stared to get this code 45 too rich or too lean why is that? when i swap ecus back( plug the dx one) i don't get trouble codes and i get the light after the car heats up on the second run. can anybody help? please
