well its not that it wont work, youll have to rewire it to anothe location...(wire on gauge side will connect to a different wire on car side) i just wired my 99 jdm type r gauge in my 93 hatch... no problems and all gauges work?? so im pretty sure if you folow the leads in the back of the gauge you can find out what wire it will hood up to...but if your just letting your bro borrow it... then who cares if little things dont work right??

Having the abs light means nothing.

If you can provide a picture of the back of the cluster, I can help.

That looks like a 96 spec cluster ... the 95.5 - 97 did have abs and the overheating cat warning light is right above the H in the temp gauge.

If you switch the circuits out, make sure you unscrew 3 or 4 screws in the back holding the carbon fiber bezel also. Its not just held on by the clips. I broke mine cause I didn't know.

ABS or SRS does not determine the years of the vehicles, they could have added that as an option.

The positioning of the symbols is what determines if its 97 or 98+.

Just get a picture of a 98+ USDM integra cluster and the positioning of the icons should be the same, if it's different, then it's a 97 or older.
