Who here has had any experience with the Ground Controls on their ep3's I would like to do the koni/GC setup but i want to here some feedback first about how the installation went and how the fitment was.

 

a lot of people dont like the ride quality on gc and most say the car handles worse, springs and shocks would be a better setup

Friend of mine has the GC with stock shocks (on his 02 EP3), he is very happy. Been on for some time now, and I have driven in it. Ride is alittle stiffer than stock, not bad though. If you have the money for the Mugen kit or Tein Basic, than go for those. If you don't, and want the ability to change the height than roll with the GC. Or you could just get springs, H&R, Neuspeed, Eibach, etc.

 

Car handled alot better on GC's than the Eibach sports i got now...BUT they were VERY VERY HARSH and noisy.

 

What do you mean by noisy like road noise or spring noise?
