Default Brightest Bulbs for your buck???

Hey, im thinking bout giving the old civic bulbs a rest and taking up something a little bit (er i mean a lot) brighter. SO...what kind of bulbs do you reccomend for the brightest, as in white NOT blue. Any suggestions would be great.

I have PIAA hyper white ones and they are great. Kinda expensive, though.

i have sylvania cool blues, and for 10 bucks each they are great. i bought PIAA platiunums HID style and put one in and one of the cool blue and they looked exactly the same so i returned the piaas. so i would say sylvania cool blues. (they are not blue, thats just the name)

the cool blues give you more of a true white light as well as being a brighter. they give you a little bit more of a wider viewing range too, at least, that is what i have heard.

IMO, all these Hiper White bulbs suck....they 'look" brighter, but they don't help any when driving at night...in fact, to me they make it even HARDER to see at night. This is just from my past experience with these hiperwhite/HID-look-a-like bulbs. If I only had money for REAL HIDs....
