cant find flasher

cant find flasher

i'm trying to replace my flasher, but i cant find it under the dash or in eaither of the fuse boxes.. i have a 1990 integera RS/GS [maybe some of both]. Anyone have anyidea where this would be located?

Its a slightly big black relay(I think of it as a big lego), and its located next to your fuse box.
