Default Help With trunk

hi my sister just got her civic its an 2000 SI but we live in canada so our SI is not the same with the USA civic SI, ours is a model below the USA SI. well anyways my sister is planing to get some subs to put in the trunk, but we live in an apartment so we can never be too safe. i was wondering is there was any way for a thief to get into the trunk to get the subs if we locked the cabin trunk release thingy? (i dunno what its called)

thanks

If they want in the trunk bad enough, they'll find a way to get in. Trust me on this, I've had three full systems stolen over the years. Lots of damage to the cars they were in because someone wanted my stuff worse than me. If you do put anything in there, just use common sense, i.e., don't blast it where you live or in parking lots, and you shoould be fine.

very good advice, only thing else I could say is try and do a stealth instal, hide it under carpet or in the back corners of the trunk.
