Default Another safety precaution when at the mall

When you go to the mall vallet park your car and have them leave it right there where they can see it. the malls around here all have Vallet for 2 bucks and if you ask them to leave your car right there they will. So you can shop for aslong as you want and not have to worry about your car. So you figure for 5 bucks, 3 bucks for a tip, you have someone babysitting your R while you are shopping.

Have you ever seen that movie "Ferris Bueler Day Off" or something like that. Remember the part where they had the Ferrari valet parked??... the valet attendants took it out for a wild ride...

I do not trust handling my car keys to anyone.. but that is just me..

Happy Holidays..

This didn't happen at the mall, but during Hot Import Nights in Orlando, we stayed at a real nice hotel about 3/4 of a mile from the convention center. No matter where you parked, my car would have stuck out like a sore thumb to all of the stunnas. We found out who the security officers were going to be for each shift. For $20 apiece, they left my car sitting in the drop-off area in front of the security guard stand, under lights. Basically there was a guard within 15 feet of my car at all times. $40 later, I slept through the night and went out and whatever else with no worries. We even caught them telling someone who was looking at the car to step away from it. If only they'd do that at the mall, I wouldn't need a beater

Dammit Chris! There's plenty of stunnas who want a TITE Accord After all of the real Hype ARRs are stolen, the Accord will be the most sought after Honda.

valets at malls???

Giving the keys to the valet and leaving it with them gives them plenty of time to check for any security measures you might've added and how to bypass them. Also your address if you leave the glove box unlucked or don't have the valet key with you.

Sounds like a good job for a car thief to get and scope out cars.

I hate malls. Trying to walk through a mall is one of the few experiences I find more infuriating than driving in heavy traffic. If there ever were a place to convince me that human beings are self-centered, imbecilic, oblivious wastes of perfectly good carbon atoms, it would be a mall.

Besides, there's nothing for sale at a mall that can't be found elsewhere.

Thats a great idea, however the car thefts at the mall around my house, are the responsibility of the actual mall security working with eachother. Yea i know its bad, but thats what goes on around here.

Some nights, either with friends, on a date or whatever, if we are going to a restaurant with its own valet parking/parking lot, and i want to take my car, i will pay valet, however I will ask to park my own car, and keep my own keys. That works out perfect, since the car ends up right in front, nobody other than you drives the car, and the valet people have a visual of what the owner looks like so nobody else can walk up to the car and steal it.
