my friend is installing Tein coilovers on an 95 accord, the 2 front coilovers are installed but when he goes to adjust them the rod from the strut is pushing straight up through the strut tower...

has anyone had this problem?

is there some sort of cap that goes over the strut tower to hold the strut down...

 

i believe its missing one of the big washers that goes under the upper mount. it is suppose to go in this order : washer, then mount with rubber spacers, then another washer on top under the top nut. he's gonna need to take it back apart and put that washer in.
