I won this at $329 then the guy tells me AFTER sending my paypal he needs 23bux for tax ... (above all in US funds, im in canada) nowhere was it posted that tax need be paid on the site ... is it still a good deal?

Well it looks like the seller is in Canada and so are you, so then sales tax would be necessary. If he were to sell it to someone in the USA, no sales tax would be needed. It's just because of your location. That's a very nice exhaust (have had it) and a great price too.

it's a great exhaust.. i bought mine for my 4th gen 7 years ago in 96' for $517 at a local shop. works great ever since, never blew out or anything.. best looking exh. for the 4th gen in my opinion.
