From under the car? I cant get that thing in there with all that mess.
Even if I take out the oil filter and some other stuff there's still a lot in the way preventing leverage.
The way i did it last time was (puts on flame suit), I pulled the head lifted the head up and reached up underneath the head and got the nuts loose. lol Ghetto as hell but it worked. Now that I have ARP head studs, that method will not work.

wat i did is used like 2 extensions onthe breaker bar, put the key on the end of it and forced it to the bolt. Thats the most practical way i could think of, are you going under the car? or trying to do it from above?
I think the inner one you can get to from the bottom if you remove the oil filter. the outter one (passenger side) is the hardest. I get this one from above. I put a deepwell socket on an extension and feel around with it by hand, find the nut and then attach a longer extension and ratch to remove. Of course when you remove it you wont be able to grab the nut before it falls into the engine, lost forever. So I recommend using a small strip of tape in the socket or some gum or something sticky to hold the nut in the socket. Im actually pretty good at this now. Just takes some patience. I can take my intake mani off my gen2 the same way.

Are you talking about going above and behind the manifold?

last time i think i just pulled the IAB canister off its little clips. then just pushed it out of the way towards the drivers side of the manifold. then i went in with a 1/4" rachet with a deep socket. you gotta just go in there. i still have the scars on my knuckles to prove it.
Just try and fish around with your hand from the top passenger side to locate that one hard nut. You can't see it but you can reach it with an extension. Then try and place just a socket and extension on it. It will take alot of patience and trial and error but you can get it this way then rachet it off like normal. You may need to take those thermostat coolant hoses off to get more room. And possibly the FITV coolant lines under the throttle body as well.
You can reuse the TB gasket as long as you dont rip it. And it only costs like $4 anyways.
