Default What Side of Valvespring is UP??

I am on my way out to the Machine shop to have them assemble my Head, and I have a set of TODA Valvesprings... Which side is the "UP" side to the spring???

I noticed that one end is wound tighter than the other end.

Which end is which????

The end with tighter coils is the bottom.

your gonna notice on the spring ends, the lead end of each spring has a slash cut on it.Compare them to your stock ones, and go from there knowing the side with the tighter windings goes on the bottom.hope this helps.
