I just replied to an earlier post, about synchromesh. I was debating wether
I should give it a shot. I just switched to Honda MTF from 10-30 (90 g2)

how on earth did you get grinding in 5th gear on a practically new car???</TD></TR></TABLE>
If the tranny is under-filled, it can cause 5th to grind since it's the last gear to get lubrication. The car MUST be level when you fill the tranny, if you fill it until it runs out the filler hole. If only the front of the car is up in the air, the fluid will start running out the filler hole after only about 2 qts. are in there. The proper amount is a little less than 2.5 qts.

Any GM dealer should have it. They always keep it in stock for their cars and for purchasing. w00t w00t to GM Synchromesh---> one of the best investments to your tranny..
i put this stuff in after countless ppl sayin to use it... I put it in with 108k on the OD... car has has it for over 8k in the last 6 months and it STILL shifts like butta.... it took about 1000k to get my grind to dissapear...
Napa carries the SAME stuff marked as their own. Same part number and everything, and 10 bucks cheaper...
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=549469 before anyone asks me the part # agian... I need to keep it in my damn sig lol... its in there. Read all 5 posts if you wish, tons of ppl atesting to the fact that this is GOOD ****. You dont need the friction Modifier one, ONLY the Regular GM SynCromesh.
