Skunk 2 intake manifold
Skunk 2 adjustable cam gears
AEM CAI (made for 97 type-r (bigger piping))
DC Sports 4-2-1 Header
Apex'i Safc II

Please post estimated gains or reviews on these parts for my car.

cams and pistons would be #1 on my list, depending on how serious you are.

no much power gains there
a good header will be 4-1
skunk 2 manifold Y your head is not P&P
aem to your specs
afc good for tunning
cams are needed in conjunction w gears

what cams are good? i wanted to go toda.. but they dont make it for my motor...any suggestions and places i can get cams cheap? crower cams are 2nd on my list

get youre bolt ons going and then cams and gears depending on how far you want to go you could put in some pr3 or p30 pistons good budget power but that intake and gears will not help you with out the other goodies to go with it....
