Default Will a 75.5mm head gasket fit a stock bore?

I have just a stock bore D16A6 (75.0mm), but the closest size head gasket I see on the Cometic webpage is a 75.5mm. Will that fit? Would there be any damage if I used this gasket?

It should work I think, however each headgasket is different (besides just the bore size differences), some need to be machined in order to properly fit.

Why not just use a Z6 or a Y8 headgasket?

Well, I'm going to run around a 11.6:1 CR, and since this gasket is meant for higher HP applications, I figure it would be a little safer. Plus, it would raise the CR a little more as well.
