Default B18C5 into 92 Integra

My friend wants to do this swap but as we were thinking about it, does the cable VSS plug into the R transmission or do you have to convert to the electronic VSS? He will be doing the cable to hydro conversion from Hasport also. Another thing is what ECU to use. Thanks for looking.

as far as the ecu goes you can just use a OBD0-->OBDII harness and the stock ITR ecu. or use a OBD0-->OBDI harness and get a p28 chipped

to use the hydraulic tranny with the hasport kit you would need to custom fabricate a upper transmission mount.

the 92 integras are already obd1. you dont need a conversion harness. you can run a p30, p61, a reprogrammed p28 or a reprogrammed p72.

What is the deal with the need of a custom transmission mount?

Mounting for the hydraulic clutch needs to be made, none of which is on the stock g2 tranny.

if you use the 90-93integra or the 94-2001 integra tranny mount with the hydraulic tranny it wont line up, you also cant use the one that hasport supplies for the kit because its for ef chassis and also wont line up. there for the need for a custom upper tranny mount is a must!

no no... I didn't know if they did or not, that's why i commented. I assumed they did though. I found out a little while ago they don't make this kit for the DA chassis....which is weaksauce!

The guy (Brian Styles) who actually makes/designs the billet mounts for Hasport, unexpectedly quit recently & moved to FL.....lol....weird
