Big thumbup to Ken's Kustom Chassis!
Ordered a moly roll cage from them for my new crx since no one in my local area could do it. Very nice people to deal with. Sent out the cage on a tuesday in three boxes. Friday, 2 of three showed up, one of which had the end missing. The final hoop showed up the following monday. I was still missing the plates. Called Ken's and spoke to both kerry and joan at different times, both were very helpful, and I got my new plates today(three days after calling them to let them know they were missing). So a big

Man, doesnt Fedex (ground) suck? Last week we received 3 of 4 tire/wheels for a customer who was going out of town. The fedex guy said oh it should get here in a day or two. WTF. I dont need it in a day or two.
They could definitely improve their service by using UPS or a dependable carrier. They do too good of work to have it f'ed up by the shipping company.
sorry for off topic: but the reason for Fed EX by many companies is that the prce for larger items are generally cheaper through Fed Ex compared to UPS. but UPS service is way better.
I have purchased 2 Ken's products in the past few months and had nothing but good experiences. Ken and Kerry are very good people.

I guess if you're buying big items, you get the immediate response and service.. I'm still waiting for bushings for my Orangez wheels. Guess it's not worth shipping all the way to Canada.
