N20 Questions
Ok, i have been toying with the idea of getting N20 for quite some time, but i have a few questions and concerns.
My mechanic has been working on cars for 25 years and does not even sell or install nitrous becasue he dosnt like it and thinks its horible for the engine, no matter how small the shot. He has also never been wrong about anything so far. He isnt some all motor guy either, he really trusts F/I. My other that friend has a 12 second turbocharged nissan and knows a good deal about cars and says that he dosnt like nitrous as well, dangerous for the car, ect.
Now my friend with an old saturn SC2 is running the 55 shot dry zex kit on his stock saturn engine and likes it alot. His car has a fair ammount of miles on his car too. No problems what so ever.
I have noticed that anyone i know that knows lots about cars does not like nitrous, i also have not heard too many bad things about it either, if done right. So that brings me to the question, what is the truth?
Any experences or any knowledge would be a great help to me.
I would also like to know if its safe to run a 55 shot with a light weight aftermarket flywheel.

nitrous is really good if u can keep the mixture just right between air and fuel. just make sure u don't run it too lean or then u get detonation. new rods and pistons u can take a bigger shot. its a good choice to go if u know wat ur doing.
