I know people who have done it. They used a tester transparent orange spray that you can get from a hobby store for like 3 bucks.

I used my stock bumper lenses since theyre clear anyways. Take out the amber insert in the bumper light. Buy some Krylon Stained Glass paint (orange one). Take the clear lense off the bumper light and spray the INSIDE of the lese, not the outside.

I was thinking about doing this too but my car is red. I'm not sure if it would look good or not.

Do it on the inside of the lense and you shouldnt have a problem with that. Add a clear for maximum protection.

i want to say that i didnt found kryllon paint on orange tint. in translucid color i only saw a yellow spray! i also tried to search in some hobby store and i found an amber paint but not in spray, only in bottle! and i know that it will be easyer to chip or crack if its painted on the exterior but i really wanna get the same style of the corner up there(if its possible).

so....if someone can have orange tint kryllon paint or something that will works...let me know caus i could give money and ask you to buy and ship it.i have to do it fast because its one of my boyfriend christmas gifts!

anyway, guys i need help for this!

thx a lot!

You still have to worry about paint fade. Does not matter if it is inside or out, I have had to paint mine every couple of months because of this.

They discontinued the Orange color I think. I went to 3 different Micheals and all of them only had the Yellow, Blue, and Red transparent spray. So I improvised and bought Yellow and Red. Sprayed some coats of yellow first, then enough coats of red to get that deep orange color. Sometimes you just have to work with what's provided!

Before...

After...

Like I said, I think they discontinued the Krylon Stained Glass "Orange" color. So you're just gonna hafta use Red and Yellow.
