Did you hear the knocks all the time or just over bumps or uneven roads?
Another thing i want to add is i tried driving over a bunch of speed bumps today and that sound is even more noticeable. But it's not a continous noise, it's a single pop or clunk or knock or whatever

Does this happen while your driving in the rain? If so, it's your exhaust system. That's a common problem with the RSX. Magnaflow tried to address this problem by using a slip joint on the B pipe instead of a solid B pipe. It's caused when the pipping expands and contracts rapidly when the rain water hits it.
Edit: I got sounds all over the place with my Type S. I just learned to block it out and live with it.

I don't hear anything but rain when it's raining. It makes that pop sound once in a while when I drive over a bump or lump. I'm thinking maybe it's something in the glove compartment & trunk so I tried to put more stuff in them so they don't bounce. We'll see what happens. I'm very paranoid about strange sounds from my car. I can turn up the radio so I don't hear it, but once I heard it it's in my head.

My '03 will make a clunk type noise once in a while when I crawl over a speed bump. Sometimes it seems to be from the front right, other times it's from the rear. Haven't investigated further yet.

Hmm strange...that noise I hear is from the front passenger side too. So I'm not alone.

You guys are just being paranoid. It happens when you go over a speed bump because the chassis flexes, which causes the B pipe to tap the bottom of the chassis.

If that's the case then I'll live with it. The reason I even care about this noise is because I'm planning on replacing the stocks suspension & wheels and I want to get any kind of problems related to the wheels or suspension fixed before I do that so the dealership people won't try to rape me with excuses like "your aftermarket parts cause this and that to fail" & charge me for repairs

Then just take it in and have the dealer take a look at it first. It won't hurt to do so first. Like you said, might as well before you start modifying it.
