Default Wiring Help! URGENT!

Hey guys. Tonight, Me and my friend were gonna wire up a Kill Switch on his 96 Integra. And now the car doesn't start up AT ALL. I have previously wired up my WRX and a few other cars.

Heres what i did.

The yellow wire off of the Fuel Pump, i cut that to its in 2 pieces ( - - ) like that. I then put a male and female connector onto the pieces, and he started it up. Then out of my stupidity and not thinking cause of the cold weather, I unplugged the male/female while the car was still on and it died out. So i continued onto wire up the switch, and once that was complete, the car wouldn't turn on. It would turn over, but it wouldn't start, like there was no fuel in the lines.

I tried the on/off positions on the switch, and no luck on either end. So i unplugged the whole switch and plug the first male/female connectors from the yellow wire back together, and tried starting the car up, but it didn't start and just turned over.

So i removed the male/female connectors and put back the original wire to how it was in the beginning, and still it doesn't start up.

The car just turns over and clicks, and doesn't start up at all.

So we trouble-shooted and retraced all the steps to see where we went wrong, but everything is connected back and is how it was in the beginning. We called up a few friends, that are pro at making wiring harnesses and ecu stuff, and they told us to check all the fuses and see if the fuel pump still runs (which it does).

So right now the car is just sitting and we are stuck.

Does ANYONE have any solutions or hints of what to do?? I'm gonna be calling Honda and visiting some junk yards to see if i can pick up another harness or relay for the pump and try and make it work.

Thanks guys

When i doubt, check the fuses. I know it sounds dumb, and it proably is, but it won't hurt.

Fuses were checked thoroughly. The under hood and under dash fuses are all fine. Any other thoughts?

use a test light and see if ur getting power

personally ur working too hard u should just add a switch to the fuel pump out put wire from the ecu(the wire goes to the relay from the ecu)

It might've been easier to go off the ECU wire...but i just figured to do it off the fuel pump and go right to the source so to speak.

Also.....could it be the distributor? maybe the coil fucked up? and also the Fuel Pump? Cause the fuel pump still makes a noise when you turn the key on. Thanks guys.

Can you hear the pump pressurize when you turn the key to the ON position?

I'd guess main relay, altho I have no idea how you could have fried it.

Check for battery voltage to the fuel pump with the key in the ON position. That'll at least tell you whether you have an open in the circuit.

If the pumps coming on, then the pump and main relay should be fine. I'd look elsewhere...starting with all the fuses.

If there's no snow on the ground, it's not cold.
