About a month ago I got in my car and starded it up, right away I noticed that the Maintenance Requiered light was flashing, concerened I shut my car off and took a quick look over my engine compartment, after deciding that everything looked okay I started my car up again and the light was still flashing, it would flash about 10 times then stop. I decided to look over my owners manuel to see if it said anything about it, all I could really find is somthing that said the light came on for scheduled maintenance so I looked at the maintenace cart in the owners manule at the listing closed to my mileage, all it said was an oil change, which I already changed about a month before. Now nearly a month later, and forgetting about the light, I noticed when I turned my car on tonight that is didn't flash, it just stayed on constant. what do I need to do to turb this light off, can I do it my self??? Is there more to the light then just the scheduled oil change???
