Default b18a or b18b head on b20b block?

Ok guys, right now i have a stock b18a in my car..the motor is strugglin, and i have a b18b head that i bought from my friend with a new b18a IM...i have decided to get the b20b block, which im savin for now, but am unsure about which head to put on it...i may be able to get a port n polish for close to nothing from a friend, just to let u know...with the b18b head i would need the obd0-obd1 wiring harness with a new ecu...my friend has a 95 integra LS ecu thats hondata ready thatd hed be willing to sell me..so my question is, go with b18a head and save money or spend a lil more and get the b18b with 0bd1...?
