its usually the moisture build up inside your vents.............this happens a lot during the summer when you have your a/c on...then the car gets super hot when you leave it parked.........i think this is kinda the same thing but oppositte weather and temps.

The smell isn't moisture in the vents. It's mold in the vents, which develops because of the moisture.
You can clean out the vents with some disinfectant type stuff. Ask your service department or mechanic how to do it. It's a very common problem.
You can read more about it in the NSX FAQ section on climate control problems, towards the bottom, under the heading, Bad Odor From The Climate Control System?. All of the description for the NSX is exactly the same for the Integra except for the positioning of where the air conditioning components are and how to get at them (e.g. the Integra spare tire is not stored under the hood).

do what I did.
I have a DC2, so it might be slightly different than yours. i opened my hood, located the air vents where the car pulls in air (under the wipers), turned the vents open, and heat up all the way (max power) and sprayed almost a can of lysol (spring fresh) in there. some excess will drip out and the car will smell like lysol on the inside, but that should kill the mold growing inside the vents. works for me! good luck!
