Cams and gears or throttle body & manifold next?
Now that i have the I/H/E on. what is next?
The next logical step would be to do CTR I/E cams. and cam gears to tune them
Or should I get a bigger throttle body and intake manifold to let things breath easier?
Right now with a sub and spare in my car I have beat 2 rsx type s and I can easily hang with an itr
My main goal is to be able to beat a BMW Z3 3.0L from a rolling start or getting on to the freeway. the car has 220 hp and weighs around 3100lbs.
Any other ideas would be apreciated.
BTW, after I get my car smogged this month I will get a high flow cat, and I will install the cat back system

the cams and cam gears would be an easier install(2-3 hours)......i did TB and manifold first(all day), and just did my cams........i'd say both have about the same power gains

I think you should get Type-R valvetrain with some cams such as JUN type 2, Skunk 2, Crower or just CTR/ITR combo. After this...take my words...
GET A SKUNK 2 intake manifold.
And don't bother with your TB..TB won't do anything on that motor...you need compression to warrant a TB mod. Also, sell your header and get that new DC sports 4-1 JDM. YOu need a 4-1. 2.5" collector. And you need 2.5 inch exhaust.
If you have a decent mechanic...swap in CTR pistons...and CTR cams..with yoru current setup, you will gain probably 20 WHP from the piston/cam combo alone.
With the right intake and header with pistons/cams, your looking at around 185 WHP.
