Tranny Mount
I'm almost 100% positive that yesterday one of my tranny mounts broke. Im just posting up incase it might be something else that I havent thought about. here is the story:
Im driving to my buddy's house to pick him up to go to HIN. On my way to his house, the car is running fine. Just like it always does. I pull up to his complex and type in the code to get into the gate. Clutch in, give it some gas, slowly release the clutch and it starts to shudder, like im not giving it enough gas. So i clutch it back in and the release the clutch slowly again and its the same thing. So im like wtf. Clutch in, take the car out of gear and completely stop. I already missed the gate opening. I turn the radio off so i can hear if its making any obscure noises. Clutch in, this time first gear is hard to engage. Its takes a little more coaxing to get it in. I give it alittle more gas, and ride the clutch out real slow. It shudders, not as much, and i get more forward motion. Well i get in the complex and let my buddy drive it and he didnt notice it cause he gives it more throttle than i do. I told him to give it less gas and get the car to coast then clutch in and leave the car in gear and see what happens. When he does it, the car starts to buck and shudder. Needless to say, we left the car at his house and went to HIN in his mom's camry.
Am i correct in thinking its a tranny mount? the ride home after HIN from his house, the gears where hard to engage, but it didnt buck and shudder in any gear other then 1st. when dropping gears, i had to rev match to the gears would engage

Something similar happened to me, but it was the spring on the clutch disc, I had broken the base of one. The car would shudder when engaging the clutch and the gears grinded when the car was in high revs.
