Default 4 th gen h22 turbo harsh shift engagement

please help
i have a 4 th gen jdm h22a turbo and as long as you are moving, all gears are a hesitation before you get into gear,no grind at all, just a delay, here is what i have done
1.replaced slave cylinder and replaced and bled all fluid,NO HELP AT ALL
IT SEEMS LIKE IT MAY BE CLUTCH BUT I DONT WANT TO PULL TRANNY TWICE IF IT IS NOT THE CLUTCH,ITS LOTS OF WORK WITH THE TURBO
BUT IT IS THE STOCH JDM CLUTCH WITH A YEAR OF 7 PSI,I THINH THE PRESSURE PLATE IS JUST WORE OUT,THERE IS NO SLIPPING AT ALL EVEN UNDER FULL BOOST,IT PULLS LIKE A *****
JUST SHIFTING TAKES A WHILE
2.A HONDA TECH TOLD ME THAT H22'S ARE KNOWN FOR BENDING THE SHIFT FORK GOING TO THE SLAVE?WHICH WOULD MAKE A HARSH SHIFT
HAVE ANY OF YOU EVER HEARD OF THIS?
I AM A BIMMER TECH AND I AM NOT TRYING TO BE A PAIN IN THE *** AND ASK FOR FREE HELP,BUT MY BABY IS SICK AND SHE NEEDS HELP
ANY IMPUT WOULD BE APPRECIATED,
THANKS,
SPOOLIN22[FRANK]

it sounds like its the clutch to me. try driving very slowly (like 5 mph) in third or forth gear. then floor it. Does it almost kill the engine and make the car buck? or does the engine accelerate and the car not really move?

IT DRIVES COMPLETELY NORMAL,NO SLIPPAGE IN ANY GEAR,IT SEEMS LIKE SHIFTING WITHOUT THE CLUTCH,LIKE WHEN YOU TRY TO PULL IT DOWN TO THE NEXT GEAR AND WAIT FOR IT TO FALL INTO PLACE,ITS KINDA LIKE THE CLUTCH PEDAL IS NOT ALL THE WAY TO THE FLOOR,THAT IS WHY I TRIED THE SLAVE, AND I HAD A GOOD SPARE,ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT

you changed the slave but not the master? is there fluid on the rod? try adjusting the rod so it goes in more.

oh ok, if you have someone to help you. Have them or you press the clutch petal to the floor. Have the other person looking in the engine bay at the clutch slave to see if there is any movement. It should move the fork a good 1-2". If it doesn't move or moves very little you most likely need to re-bleed the clutch

It almost sounds like some of the teeth on the pressure plate are messed up. I had a similar problem with an integra of mine that had nearly identical symptoms.

my car did this under spray when i had a 75 shot on my car, new clutch and pp and it's all better, your car could be different, all I'm saying is my car behaved similarly and it fixed it when the clutch was replaced, good luck

have you had someone work the clutch while you look at the slave. if it isnt moving a good 1-2 in. if not change your master cylinder. how are you bleeding, pump and open, or suction?

It's gotta be your clutch
my car just did the exact same thing
jdm h22w/lsd, drove it for a little over 1k miles after the swap then it started acting wierd
it felt like the the clutch just wasn't releasing all the way, really harsh starts and shifts, and on occasion the pedal would just stick to the floor, but when i pulled the pedal up with my foot the clutch would have pressure again
turned out to be a couple fucked up pressure plate springs
