My 91 integra chokes when im in low RPM **CHOKE REAL BADLY**

after i level off and i mash the pedal my car chokes, like it is about to die out. it chokes the it takes off. make me look like a newbee driving stick. how can i fix this problem? can someone help me?

Maybe you are a newbie at driving stick.

Could be your fuel filter, spark plugs/wires etc.

You're not throwing any CELs are you?

do you notice any clutch slipping? a real sluggish car can be attributed to clutch slipping some of the time. also, try not to mash the pedal the second you let the clutch out, that probably isnt helping. give it gradual throttle

"Chokes" as in sputter? If it's sputtering, then you either have A) vacuum line mixed up or line split open, B) fuel delivery problem, like clogged injectors, clogged fuel filter, or bad gas, or C) more common, your car is missing and you need to check the ignition, such as the spark plugs, plug wires, and even cap & rotor on the distributor. Those are usually the main things to look for with a "sputtering" problem.
