Headlight just goes out...

Headlight just goes out...
I checked the fuse and everything seem to be fine but my headlights/fog lights would not come on. It just happened yesterday night. The wires & connections seem secure but no luck 
What would cause this??? I need to troubleshoot it before I start driving it on Monday. Any help would be appreciated
