Well i believe you pretty much limited to about 450's with the hack due to not being able to lean it out enough with larger injectors.
How do you know 450's are not enough? I believe they max aout around 350whp and i doubt you making that with 8psi...

well with my afc im adding fuel in some spots. and since the obd1 h22 came with 340cc injectors i dont think a 110cc gain is enough, all the b series guys gain 210cc when they upgrade to 450 so figure i'll try 550 and see what happens. ive tried everthing so might as well give this a shot also.

yes
According to Turbolude2ner you can use stock injectors for 11-12 psi or 330's for 15 psi

" To answer your question.... Yes I have but there is a catch. You need to run HonData w/ a wide band o2. You see since the block is so weak internally you have to work really hard on detonation. If you have what I noted above and have a good (accuret) EGT (exhaust gas temp) I suggest you go with a APEXi, HKS, or BLITZ electronic style gauges. Note: unlike most cars which only usually run one egt diode you might look into running 4 (one per each tube on the manifold). This give a much better reading on your EGT. Another note: Get a aftermarket fuel rail so you can run a fuel line on both ends of the rail. Ludes have a bad tendency of running lean on the no 4 piston because of a lack of fuel on the rail as well as fuel pressure since the first 3 get it first. You see by duel feeding the rail you get rid of this problem. Next thing. The stock injectors will only handle boost levels of about 11-12lbs of boost. That is me assuming you want to run this boost level all the time. Anything higher causes the injectors to raise above the 80% duty cycle. This is a red flag that you are pushing the injectors past their intended use, and that they will evently fail. Of course you hope the fail in the open position, but that rarely ever happens. They usually fail in the half closed position causing detonation to happen. If you can get your hand on some 330CC injectors you can run 15lbs all day long with the combo of the Hondata and everthing else I mentioned. Now I hope you realize that this is not cheap. But I can tell you that it works. Keep in mind this is on a turbo setup not supercharged. The two systems have much different requirements and each setup needs close attention to do sucessfully. We have done it on 4 ludes so far and the last customer we had is running strong going on his 1st year of boosting at the above levels of 15lb daily driven! Good luck.
