new to h-t need your help....
Hello h-t, I’m new to this form and I was wondering if I could get some help from you guys. I have been reading post after post and you guys know your ****. Well here we go, I have a 95 integra rs, with short ram I, dc 4-1 H, and apex cat back, and aem crank pulley. I just bout a b&m FPR and I was wondering if you guys could tell me what my stock fuel should be at and what I should adjust it to. Any comments would be very grateful . Thanks for all your help.
p.s I will post a pic of my car as soon as I could.

Welcome.
I'm not sure what you're hoping to do with the FPR. With your mods I doubt you're going lean so I assume your goal is to fine tune your A/F ratio. The problem with the FPR is that its going to affect your entire rpm band. If you're trying to fine tune the A/F you'd be better off with the VAFC or SAFC. No matter what technique you use (FPR or AFC) you're going to need to get on a wide band 02 equiped dyno to see how your changes are affecting the ratio.
Sorry, I don't know the stock FP off the top of my head. I'm sure someone will, but I'd encourage you to get a repair manual for the future.
Once again, welcome.

here is what you do...
you need a a/f guage, and a fuel pressure guage...
install the fuel pressure guage...BEFORE you install the FPR
get a baseline reading of your fuel pressure...then install the FPR and set it to stock...the watch your A/F and start tuning...
of course this would be done much more precisely on a dyno...

as far as losing midrange with adding parts. you have to also understand that any part that you add is a give and take, if it adds a lot to your top end, you will see either no increase in mid and low, and it is likely that you will see a dip in one or the other.
if I remember correctly 4-1 headers are designed for high end power, and you will lose some of your midrange.
unfortunately I don't know as much about the fuel pressures, your best bet is to follow what these guys say

I talked to a guy here in Toronto that has a dyno. he said that by upping my fuel and advance the timing he could get about 2-4 whp. do u think that might be true? or is he just f**king with me.. he said all I need is one hour on the dyno & it would cost me $110 cnd. Should I do it?
