Default KS Motorsports

I really hate to do this, but I've tried to keep it private. All I want to know is what is up with the bearings I ordered from you almost 4 months ago. You haven't responded to my emails in the last 2-3 weeks. I don't even want the bearings from you anymore since it seems like it's going to be too much trouble. All I want is a refund so I can get them from someone who doesn't mind actually getting the bearings to me. Again, I hate posting this on a public message board, but I ordered these things in August.

i hate it when i have to email a "business" about an order just to get it. and i especially hate when people dont reply to emails. maybe it was a misunderstanding but 4 months is uncalled for if you havent even heard from them.

For one it is NO longer KS motorsports. It is now Wiredspeed.com they've jerked me around too. Plus I think ACL Bearings are on back order. Try Camp1320.com he is having a special on the ACL bearing kit $85.00 shipped just make sure you tell him it is for the christmas special. Good guy to deal with

I emailed him in november regarding a 2md clutch I bought from him and he promptly answered all my questions I hope its just a misunderstanding and this can be cleared up

We get all our bearings from camp1320.com, they don't sell them to us anymore because they are all on national backorder. All bearing orders have been refunded and we are not taking anymore orders for bearings until we find another source.

I am sorry if I missed your e-mail, please resend it as I have responded to all the e-mails in my inbox.

Kyle will correct the problem. Give him a chance. I have bought alot of items through KSmotorsports/wiredspeedlab.com and the items came even if they were on backorder for months. Not to many individuals that will go the extra mile like him and his business.

I have to admit. When Kyle eventually heard my problem he did address it quickly. The whole thing was just time consuming. I am sure 99.9% of the time people get a great service. I was just unlucky.

I feel bad I shouldn't have posted that last comment. Kyle has taken care of me. I am sure he'll continue from here on out! Thanks
