GSR motor wouldn't be able to lift that heavy cord off the ground.....too little tq, stick with a f22b turbo or h22

....Did he just say that?

A GSR ain't gonna fit without custom fab....sorry.

GSR engines do fit in 3rd gen accords though. There is a company that sells the mount kit. Now THAT would be awesome...

What a stupid question.. b18 in a accord body ? Lol! h22, at the very least, has enough torque to get the accord rolling. And yes.. you can easily fit a nice size turbine with an h22 setup.

yea, i was going to put a gsr turbo in my 97 accord, but every one said it was going to be way to fast, and that i had a heavy foot. so i just went with the h22
turbo.

Turbo gsr...it would be much cheaper to go with a h22 turbo set up with more ponies and a HELL of a lot cheaper, custom fab all the way. 3rd gen would be sweet with a gsr motor. If you don''t want an h22, f20...and I don't know about the k20 of the rsx, but those would be some alternatives...basically your car is heavy and needs tq to get going, doesn't matter if you have high hp, it will take forever to move, higher displacement is a with a heavier car. just my 2 pennies

ANY ACCORD 4TH GEN AND UP SHOULD NOT HAVE ANY OTHER MOTOR IN IT THAN AN F OR H SERIES

b seris is just too hard to do and will come with way too many problems...and besides, who likes small motors anyways...an upgrade always means bigger

the H22 doesnt move the exhaust ports and further forwrd than the F series cause they use the same mounts.
