Default Will a newer D series Non-VTEC head work on an older '90 D15B1 block???

I known I'll need a TB, intake manifold, and injectors and all that, as well as an ECU, but will it fit? Since it is a non-VTEC D series, I think it will .......

Anyone know for sure??

Cool, I bid on and won a 2000 DX head with only 1400 miles on it, and I got it for $85!!!

Now just need to get the older Si manifold stuff and ECU and I'm in business! 25-30 hp for about $300, I'll take that!
