I should have posted this info with the pix, but for reference...

I bought the HKS CF TI system that was made for an RX-7. I had the piping cut off and the muffler welded to my stock piping. Why you say? I wanted something with 3" piping and I didn't want to waste $ on a full exhaust that I'd have to redo after I turbo this bitch. I needed to replace the muffler becuase the original owner hit something that messed it up pretty bad. It was dented up and had a hole. I was able to sell the piping after it was cut, so the muffler only cost me $300. Now HKS has a universal muffler that has the same specs as the one made for the RX-7. In closing, the one you see in my pix is pretty much the biggest one you can get (except for the non-street legal one made for the Supra) and it is the same as the universal one. The sound is not loud at all. I love it.

yeah my friend has one on his wrx and it sounds real nice.. you'd think with a fat tip like that it'd be like your "typical" honda but nopers it sounds go0d.
