I'm taking apart my stock si seats to get ready for the del sol swap. My question is how so I get the plastic cover off? I have to take off the reclining level, but I have no clue how to do that. It doesn't seem to be simply just pulling it off. Is there some clip I need to do, or am I just a *****? I wonder how many ***** responses I'll get.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks

 

Pull 'em off, there's no clip. If worse comes to worst, I'll take an MPEG of me pulling one off a GS-R seat.

 

pull them off as if I were reclining but continue to pull? or horizontally away from the seat?

No... pull them off in the dirrection that the metal piece goes into the plasitc piece. Wrap your fingers around the back of it, and pull
