i saw that car run mid to high 12's all day long at 115-117mph trap speeds at the DSM shoot out with slicks and wheelie bars.

It's compressor surge from the engine not being able to keep up with the instant spool when he sprays. That video is OLD. He has run high 10s in that car.

Compressor surge due to the 7 cm housing he was running on the turbo. With the spray, it would cause it to surge. He has since swapped to an 8cm housing which has solved the surge problem. Turbo is an FP Red.
