i have a 01 accord that when ever i make a left turn or jerk the steering wheel to the left i hear this scarching sound. it just like a "scrach" and thats it.. nothing continously. . just happens eerytime i turn left.. any idea what it can be.. im thinking it might be my cv joints.. but maybe if someone esle can tell me what to look at would be great.

Look inside the right front wheel and see if the splash shield is pulled out enough to rub the wheel. Sometimes, when the oil change is done, they will pull the shield out to get to the oil filter.
