I am working on Expo sponsorship currently and making contact with different companies. I am again asking you guys who you consider supporters of our community and businesses we should send an invitation to our event. I have a spread sheet with many ideas but want everyone here to have input. I have sent out many letters today and hope to have announcements in the coming weeks.

To help us with this those of you who are waiting to sign up we have 2 good reasons to sign up and pay now. First is we need a few more people to pay so we have enough money to make our deposit Jan 1. We are close but I don't want to have to be late with this.

Second is the more participants paid and attending the more the sponsors will see this as an opportunity. If you are planning to attend please try and sign up and pay ASAP.

Remember that drivers spots are not guranteed until they are paid for.

Well I know Andie/Cobalt is already on board. Id like to see all the Expo3 sponsors back! They all did great and were very supportive. As much as the bigger sponsors were nice to have (Honda, Comptech, King etc) I really like to see the support of the smaller shops (P1, IPS, VPR etc). I would love to see them back next year.

Hytech would be nice to have, but since Comptech will hopefully be a sponsor I doubt John will...

 

I know this is a bit off-topic, but any word on where Expo 5 might be? I know Expor 4 hasn't even happened yet, but still.... Hopefully, we can get some lovin' in the North East (again)...

I wish I could get to Expo 4... Anyone wanna fly my car over there?

Hopefully we can keep the numbers up and sponsors will want to ask us to come to the Expo... lol...

Expo 5 hasn't been decided, but we have several spots on the list (some haven't even been driven yet )

Now to all those who haven't paid for Expo 4 yet - GO AND PAY UP!!! Trey has already proven he can put on a good show, but drivers gotta foot da bill!

Actually, that's pretty much what I get for "showing off" on cold tires with my then Bilstein/GC combo and 26mm Mugen rear bar.

The reason I mentioned Jeff is because he was at a stop at the side of the road (with a "sick" passenger and a perfect view of "the situation"),
and later told me he felt like there was a bulls-eye draw on him as a nearly ....

... but we digress, back to sponsor info!

There is a progression, and expo 5 will be in the midwest somewhere based on this progression. Unless someone steps up and takes charge with a better plan, this is what will happen. Then expo 6 will be east, etc, etc.
