Default what' the best way to test electrical problems??? READ ON, HELP PLEASE...

I noticed that my headlights and instrument/gauge lights will randomly dim out and flicker. anything I can do to fix that? what's the best way to test a problem like that? HELP please!!! Thanks in advance guys!

check all your grounds,make sure battery terminals are tight and not corroded,check alternator belt tension,maybe troubleshoot ELD.try them and post back if they don't work.do you have a big stereo in your car or anything?

stock civic stereo that's it. no amp, no stereo box, nuthin'... I'll try your tips this weekend. definitely appreciate the help!!!!

any other suggestions?

do you know how to do a voltage drop test?
it involves using a voltameter. kinda hard to explain in words, if not, go to a shop or mechanic you trust and tell them to do one for you or show you how to, thats the best way I know how to address your situation.
