noise turning wheel
Is the noise coming from your steering wheel, or your CV joint (axle)? Is it kinda like a clicking noise, that only happens when you are turning?
If the noise is a clicking or knocking then these other two gents are right, it is one of your CV joints(axels.) If it is "squeakier" (for lack of a better desc.) then I've found that the tie rod ends and steering rack can create this sound when worn. Another thing is the wheel bearing. To tell if it is the wheel bearing vs. tie rods, jack the car up and wiggle the wheel side to side. If you feel play side to side only then it is tierods or rack, if the wheel also wiggles up and down (top to bottom) then your bearing is shot.
Good luck
