Looking for the 96-98 civic oem rear lip like the one in the picture. I want this one not the lip that came on the 99-00 civic si.

Pretty much ya.

I think they are easier to get than the 99-00 OEM though.

Yeah I bought it from honda. I have a friend that works in the parts department and he found me one but it was already painted black. He said there are three left in America and I got one. I can get you one but they are expensive. I can probably get him to sell me one more for about $300. Honda wanted $355+tax but I got the employee discount.
